How you can be like you are right now? Do you believe that your achievement is blessing from God, or you get it with many efforts and work hard so you are enjoying it today? I think no one in this world, even if he/she is an extraordinary person, will tell you that their achievement is only a blessing from God. If you ask them about this, then they will say that it is a part of their efforts, how ever they will not deny that God takes His part in their achievement.

 However, the achievement form every person is different. Do you know why? Because they have a different effort, the make a different work hard to get their goal. You will not find any person in your office have the same result from their work, even they are in the same area, or same age and same position. The next question is why they have a different effort? It is because they have different motivation. What I will tell you more is about motivation it self. You can conclude it at the last of this essay.

 Above all, it is important for us to know the part of motivation. Motivation is built with three major part which are “to Be”, “to Have”, and valence. To know more about this, you can continue reading this essay.

 First, To Be is what you want to be in the future which is related to the process of how you want to get an achievement by using your abilities. The abilities can be your smart brain, your wealth, your big body, your connection with everyone and organization, or everything in/related to your self. The examples of To Be are your willing to be an international manager, or you’re willing to be the best employee in your company. To be is not related to the wealth.

 Second, To Have is your willing to have something and it is related to wealthy and materiality as a result of the efforts. You can see the result because it has shape, you can touch it, and also you can measure it. The examples of To Have are big salary, big house, facilities from your company, car, and popularity. It is easy to see these things from some one because he/she, sometimes, will show you their “to have”. In other word that the result of to have is easy to recognize.

 Third, Valence is the quality of person in how they run and direct their life by using every capacity of them. Furthermore that valence in the measurement or integrity of someone that makes them different with other person. To make it easy, I will give you an illustration. There are two drivers, the first driver is asked about what is his dream for the next three years and he says that he want to be more excellent in driving a car. Contrary with the first driver, the second driver is asked with the same question, and his answer is for the next three year he wants to have a washing car warehouse. If you see more deep in their answer, you can find a big different that shows us their valence. The first driver is still a driver in the next three year, even that he wants to be more excellent in driving. Unfortunately that he does not change his status. On the other hand, the second drive wants to change his status, his valence tells us that for the next three year he wants to be a businessman, he wants to run his own business which is still inline with his current job, have a warehouse. That is a simple illustration about valence; you can find another example to easy to understand it.

 For these reasons, we can say that everyone has no similarly in their achievement because they have a different To Be, different To Have and also different valence. in summary that the motivation makes the difference of the achievement where the motivation is multiplication between To Be, To Have and Valence of every person in this world.
